Random Crash

I was on a run and the game literally closed itself, i lost a gold copperhead and a misriah, also a gold shield and some good things cause of this, it took me some time to collect them and I dont have a usual team to play so it takes me double time to find good things if I am with randoms, if you have the opportunity, can I have my things back?

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • What you were doing right before this happened
    • Did any error codes or messages appear?
    • Do you have any video or screenshots before the crash

    If you have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
