Entire team crashed during a cryo archive Run
We were playing a cryo archive run. Right in the middle of a team fight after we already had knocked 2, my game crashed. Re enter the game to see if i could re enter the run and got hit with the end stats of our run. My teammates told me they also crashed at the same as i did. Because of that we lost everything we had. Wont we get refund for our loot? I have clip for proof

It was around 2:25 am when the crash happened. As i said before, we were in the middle of teamfight during a cryo run. No error codes or messages appeared it just froze and then crashed.
