Traxus and Sekgen rewards unable to be claimed
Since the mid-season update this week, I have been able to open all packages from factions... except Traxus and Sekgen. I can click on them, but it does not do anything and I cannot advance with either faction until all packages are claimed. Apparently this is an issue with many other people as well. I'm losing out on gear and progress, need a fix asap. Playing on PS5 by the way. Thank you

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are working on a fix.
I am having the same problem with my Arachne, it plays the sound like it is opening the rewards, but nothing happens.
