changing nickname

Hello marathon support, I changed my nickname, and i cant find out anywhere when could I change it to a diffrent one, everytime it just shows some basic error text. Would it be possible to set my nickname to a diffrent one or reset it back to the one i had before? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out.

If you are unable to change your name, it would be caused by one of these scenarios:
- You have no name changes remaining.
- You're attempting to change to a name that's not allowed by the system, or attempting to go back to a name that was previously actioned.
- There is a cooldown of 7 days between name changes.
To that point, we recommend trying another, slightly different name to see if this allows you to enact a name change. If you're still unable to do so despite trying many different names, then it's likely you've used up your name changes already.
