    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the game’s stability when trying to play the game.

To start out, we'd recommend trying to verify the game file integrity through steam to see if it helps. If the issue persists, please ensure that all of your drivers and windows are all fully up-to-date. Lastly, if those two steps don't help, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

If you still run into the same issue despite all of this, can you provide us with a copy of your DxDiag? You can copy and paste it over on PasteBin and provide us with the link.

  • I underclocked my gpu and cpu, it seems to have fixed the problem. I believe during fights or when a lot of firefights are going on it, a throttle happens and causes the game to close. I will update if the crash happens again.

  • Hi there,

Thank you for the DxDiag. It looks like the crash may be connected to your PC or graphics settings.

Please try the following if the crashing isn't resolved:

    • Update your AMD graphics driver from AMD’s website. If you already have the latest version, please try an older one instead.
    • Put your GPU and CPU back to their normal default settings and test again.
    • Turn off overlays like Discord, Steam, OBS, and the AMD overlay.
    • Turn off Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling in Windows, then restart your PC.
    • If the game still closes, check Windows Event Viewer for any error messages around the time of the crash.

Please send us any new error messages from the Event Viewer and new crash details, and we’ll take another look.
