Locksmith

I have completed the locksmith codex countless times. I have brought templates in and exfilled them. I have exfilled them from other players bodies. I have exfilled them from in game events. I have exfilled more of these key templates than I can possibly count. I have even tried completing templates and exfilling them in all the above forms. And yet somehow, some way, I still don’t have the locksmith codex and it is preventing me from getting the grave robber title. This has been ongoing since the end of season one for me. Please help!
