Gotten many VIP rank up rewards today on login for standard and enhanced salvage. However, I can’t claim them as well as any new rank up rewards.
I logged in today for the new Vault Breaker mode and I saw that I have many new VIP rewards waiting for me at the “Factions” screen. Before I logged off yesterday, I didn’t have any rank up rewards to claim. This confused me, but since I needed some green salvage anyways, this excited me. When I went to claim them however, the “claim reward” option doesn’t work for any of the factions. This is also troubling since I also used up some of my CARRI points todays for some reputation packs for Traxus, NuCaloric, Arachne, and Sekiguchi Genetics and I can’t claim any of THOSE packages either.
Please fix this, as well as having some way to refund my CARRI points as this causes your Contract system to be totally worthless as well as my enjoyment of your game to crater.

I couldn't claim my VIP rewards but the other factions I filled my boots with the salvage!
I cannot claim my rewards for Cyberacme and Traxis. I claimed the rewards for the other factions, but there was nothing new in my vault.
