Massive FPS drops when looking at any inventory or screen with items

My framerate drops to a slideshow whenever looking at any screen with items, including:
Armory/Vault, containers/bodies/etc., my own inventory, and the consumables context wheel.
This framerate drop does NOT happen in most other parts of the game, including general gameplay, the codex/contract menus, etc.
The effect lingers when exiting these item menus in game.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.
To help investigate, please share your platform, your PC specs, whether you use an ultrawide monitor, and a short video showing the FPS before, during, and after opening one of these screens. If possible, please also let us know whether your inventory or vault was especially full when this happened.
Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. If you already have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Steam, the above specs, 1920x1080. Vault was full, but it doesn't seem to matter besides the fact that more items in any inventory takes more lag to fully load initially. Will upload vids with keyboard input overlay to make the delay between clicking/opening more obvious. Also the quality was too low for some reason.
