Subroutine 6 Missing

Finally completed Vault 6 and subroutine was missing :( died staying behind trying to look for it, the only key i had and lost all my loot.. is there anyway this could be applied to my account?

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Whether you were solo or in a crew
    • Exactly what happened in Vault 6, step by step
    • Whether anyone ever saw or picked up the subroutine
    • Where in the vault it seemed to be missing
    • Any video or screenshots from the run

    You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
