Stuck in Cryo spot in contrll and cost us the game

My teammate (video attached from their POV) got stuck in control in Cryo and cost us the game. They could not move, or crawl when they were DBNO and they had to just quit and die. They slid under the staircase in front of them and got stuck around the 18 minute mark and tried fruitlessly to move.
