Enemy cant hear me
I’m having the problem since the middle of Season 1, opponents haven't been able to hear me. However, I can hear the opponents, and my teammates can hear me just fine in the standard team chat. There are no other audio issues, either. Unfortunately, Bungie Support hasn't been much help so far; they’ve had me fill out one form after another and—sadly—kept passing the issue from one department to another. Then they claimed I wasn't the account owner, even though I can only fill out the forms *after* logging in. Later, they wanted me to submit my date of birth and send in my ID for verification—for some reason. In any case, according to Bungie, there is no voice ban or anything of the sort in place. I’ve never insulted anyone or anything like that. Overall, it’s a major disadvantage not being able to coordinate with opponents—for instance, to negotiate a ceasefire. Can anyone help with this? My settings all seem fine; as I said, there are no other issues. I can hear opponents and teammates, and my teammates can understand me without any problems—it’s just the opponents who can't hear me.

We'd also recommend reviewing Steam's Privacy settings, to ensure that you do not have anything enabled that may inhibit your ability to chat with other players in the game.
