Issue with Unblocking a Friend

I accidentally blocked one of my friends. When I went to the Blocked Users page to unblock them, a pop-up notification as shown in the screenshot appeared, and I couldn’t complete the unblock operation. I have no idea how to fix this problem and need your assistance.his ID is BreakZHAO#4167

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Can you try the following to see if it helps resolve the issue:

    • Sign out of your Bungie account, then sign back in and try the unblock again.
    • If you first tried this on Bungie.net, try again in-game. If you first tried in-game, try again on Bungie.net.
    • Search for the player again using their full Bungie Name, and then retry the unblock action from the Blocked Users page.
    • If possible, fully close the game or browser, reopen it, and retry once more.

    If the issue continues after these steps, please reply with:

    • The platform you are using
    • Whether this happens on web, in-game, or both
    • A screenshot of any new errors or messages that appear
