Locked out of base game

I am locked out of base game after purchasing Marathon Deluxe Edition during the trial week. System prompts for a PlayStation Plus subscription/membership to access online content despite purchasing the full game. We tried clearing the cache, rebooting and a one month PS plus subscription, which has now ended and the problem returned. I have seen others have had similar issues, please can you help resolve.     Thanks for reaching out.

    Marathon on PS5 requires a PlayStation Plus subscription to play online and it is clearly listed on the game's page.

    Can you share a screenshot of the error message that you are getting when trying to load the game?
