Fell below map on Dire March (Day) by Bio Research, and jittered around and died by bots.
I was playing a solo Dire March as a Vandal, I jumped on top of the building closest to Green House and walked on the top path to the other building, I saw a UESC bot bug out a bit and jump around, I went into the buildings top level to do my quest CO-EVOLUTION (4/5) when I got close to the device I fell trough the floor and went under the map then my character flew around the area, eventually I would land and could walk but would hit invisible walls and I would also get teleported back to where I originally was. I noticed some plastic door seperation thing was jittering a bunch. I could not interact with anything. eventually UESC reinforment came and killed me. please see video.
I lost a bunch of items because of this bug, I wonder if I could be refunded them, my inventory is shown at the end of the video.

Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
