RACISM in game.

This is the second time I'm reporting the same issue. I experienced SEVERE and traumatising racism at the hands of a runner. Nothing has been done, I have evidence and can send videos to a link but noone has followed up with me, nothing has come of this. I have 800 hours in the game and this is a massive disservice to me as a consumer of your product. You have a duty of care and yet nothing has been told to me. I expected swift consequences for the person but your priority was instead to send me a message telling me not to mention his username. How is that your priority over taking action and following up!?! I understand you lost staff but that's not my problem. The in game report function doesn't even have a mechanic to report for voice chat racism.
