Power Outage - Lost all my gear

I had a power outage when I was at the end of my last run, literally on my way to exfil a dozen or so meters away. I thought I would be able to rejoin the match when I rebooted my computer and reset my router, there was more than enough time.
Instead, I log in to see that I had lost everything, and as far as I know there is no other way to request a reimbursement besides here.
Even if you don't give me any of my gear or weapons or money, can I at least get the key templates I had completed and was about to exfil with?

Thank you for reaching out and reporting this issue.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
