Purchased Deluxe Edition and Didn't get the game
Hey Bungie,
Long story short I purchased the Deluxe Edition of the game during the free week trial period and I was under the impression that the deluxe edition was supposed to come with the base game, but that was not the case. I made a post about this a few weeks back and never got a reply, but I'm seeing now that Bungie is taking a look at transaction history and is now starting to help out with getting codes to those affected. Keep in mind that I purchased the Deluxe Edition of the game, not the upgrade, I see there is a distinction on PSN now that was not present at the time of my purchase. I don't know how to reach out to you guys any other way but if you could please reach out to me with a way to resolve this it would be very much appreciated, going on 3 weeks+ now that I haven't been able to enjoy the game
