Unable to run Sponsored playlist
Every time I try and run sponsored playlist it starts and acts like it’s going to find a match then immediately say server error with no error code/name

I am unable to queue into the Sponsored Dire Marsh playlist while having a basic CyAc Sponsored Kit equipped and Vandal selected as my shell. I'm given error code 'fennel'.
Platform: PC
Same getting error code Fennel. I have tried different runner shells but obviously can’t change from my Cyac sponsored kit
