Can NOT rook run

Bungie Account Name - Korben Dallas#9401
Platform - Steam
Description of Issue - Cannot load in as rook
Rough Date and Time of issue - 1:11 pm cst
Repro steps - Select rook. select map. Button says ready up. hit ready up. Then next run button not available. Works on every map. cannot play rook at all.

Same here. This is what happens when I click "Ready up". It just stays like this. Can't queue on any map.
