Not receiving rewards pass weapons

I’ve noticed upon claiming weapons in the rewards pass that none of them are to be found in my vault. It’s like they’re just gone as if I’ve never claimed them. It’s pretty frustrating considering I’ve spent money on getting the rewards pass only to not get the rewards. Is this a known issue?

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time of when this happened
- Which exact reward did you claim, and what was the item name shown on the pass?
- Is the item missing entirely, or is it visible but greyed out / not purchasable?
- After claiming it, did you check both: Loadout > Armory > Schemas / Wares and your Vault?
- Please grab a short video of:
  
  the claimed reward tile
  
  the Armory/Schemas page
  
  the Vault page
  
  your credits balance, if the item appears greyed out

Date: Monday July 6 approximately 10pm
I claimed the vox nocturna upon purchasing the rewards pass. The item is missing entirely. It is nowhere to be found as far as I can tell.

Hi there.

Thanks fore the video.

These rewards are weapon styles which are customizations for weapons and not schemas.

You should be able to access these in your customizations for the respective gun.
