In Game Mechanic: Selling Items/Overflow

I had a lot of items in my overflow so I went to select items using the select multiple items feature, and did the usual method to sell all the selected items (holding down F after selecting multiple items) and instead of selling the items I had selected, it sold the items in my overflow which of course included my gold key. I’m reporting this because I had no intention of selling my overflow and also requesting to please get these items I had in my overflow back. It’s already hard to get a gold key and I managed to get one on my rook run but it deleted my gold key. https://x.com/elesu4/status/2074183204626419787?s=46

  • If this is a confirmed issue, can I please get my items refunded? I can provide full video proof, this clip was only a shortened version due to size requirements.

    Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.

  • But what it sounds like here is that I won’t get my items back from a server issue.
