Pump station credentials get completely DELETED from inventory when dying in virus field, cryo archive

unfortunately i do not have video evidence of this due to steam recording eventually overwriting it, (didnt clip it in time because we had to run to exfil) but i picked up pump credentials and my team killed the boss. analyzing the footage from the moment i pick them up until we get to vault 3, the credentials are repeatedly seen in my inventory. i flash my inventory quite a bit on screen so i can track it quite accurately. my teammates have anti-virus packs, but i do not, and i end up going down in the lab and crawling to just before the threshold of the safe zone. i die right in the middle of the door frame, and my team waits until my lockout expires and picks me back up. one of my teammates peeks into my inventory before picking me up, and has also confirmed that he did not touch it - but did not recall whether or not he saw it.

we run to the vault and due to the chaos of all the bots, i hold off looking at my inventory until my team is putting their batteries into the vault. it is only then that i realize that the credentials have been completely deleted from my inventory. gone. my team traces a path from the vault to where i was downed and then back to where we fought the boss. the credentials are nowhere to be seen. i reiterate, completely deleted from my inventory.

we ended up exfiling successfully but this was a very disruptive bug to our run. im sorry that i cannot provide video footage.
