Bungie Rewards not appearing

Hi, I'm running into an odd issue where no Bungie Rewards show up for me in-game, and they all appear "incomplete" in the store. I've been in contact with Bungie Store support for a few weeks now but I have a hunch the issue is on the game end of things, rather than the store, so I'm posting here as well.

I found out when I tried to purchase the Felini plushie, requiring to exfil once as every shell (which I have since done), but I still couldn't. After this, I noticed that none of the other challenges I should be eligible for are available: Compiler Pin and Notorious T-Shirt. I've attached proof of the actual in-game prerequisites being done, but the Marathon Rewards codex entries do not exist for me. 

I've only ever had one linked account to my Bungie account, that being my Steam account, which is what I use to play Marathon.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please try the following steps:

    • Launch Marathon and make sure the game is fully updated
    • Open the Codex and claim any entries or rewards that are available
    • Close the game completely and relaunch it
    • Sign out of the Bungie Store, then sign back in and check the rewards again

    If the Marathon Rewards entries still do not appear and the Bungie Store continues to show the rewards as incomplete after those steps, please reply back and include a screenshot of the Bungie Store page showing the reward as unavailable or incomplete.

    Claiming everything worked! I had the Season 2 level-up gear packs left there, and picking those up finally revealed the Bungie Rewards for some reason. Thank you.
