Weasel error code

I was in the middle of a Cryo Archive match when the game froze and we were all kicked back to title screen. Everytime I try to login from the title screen I get a message asking if I’d like to continue waiting for the results from the last match to finalize or return to lobby. If I click continue waiting the same message immediately pops back up. If I click return to lobby I get error code “weasel”. Please help solve this issue.

We've received some reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further. For the time being, we sadly do not have any additional troubleshooting outside of our Basic and Advanced Network Troubleshooting Guides, and the Help Article for the code, if you'd not tried them before, but it sounds like you may have.

  • I’ve tried all troubleshooting guidelines and have even restarted my router and modem. Nothing is working. Will I have my gear returned to me when this is resolved?

  • I'm having a similar problem. 
    I had been playing normally for about three hours when my team and I went to play a 
    Cryo match; while searching for a game, an error occurred that disconnected me from
    the game. At first, it kept trying to reconnect until the "yam" error code appeared
    twice. Since then, every time I try to reconnect, I get an error with the "weasel" code.
    I've already tried reinstalling the game, restarting my modem (I usually play via a
    wired connection), verifying the Steam files, and using a different network (5G mobile
    hotspot). Nothing gets the game working again.
