PS5 showing Cross Play disabled even though it is turned on in settings
Cross Play turned on in settings and PS5 settings, however when waiting for a match, it says cross play disabled resulting in extremely long queue times.

Are you part of a crew or playing solo? If you are in a crew, does every member have cross-play enabled?
If you're part of a crew, disband the crew and reform the crew making sure that everyone has cross-play on.
If you are not in a crew, please try turning cross play off, then on again before trying to queue again.

I have tried everything. I play solo. I tried Cross Play off and on, but it always says Cross Play Disabled.
I’m having this problem too. I spend five minutes waiting for a match just to get killed in two. I’ve tried turning it on and off. And logging back out and then in by closing the game.
