Unable to load the game
I loaded into the game today and purchased the new triage shell. I then attempted to load into the sponsored survival map on Dire Marsh. I had two games that were lagging and cut out mid game since that point in time I have been unable to load the game at all. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. I have also tried turning my console off but so far nothing has been working. I have been locked out for approximately 2 1/2 hours so far.

When you try to log into the game are you seeing any error codes or error messages?
If you are, could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
The issue seems to have sorted itself out after a few hours and several reboots. However, I got no error message. The game simply stalled out on the welcoming graphic and seemed to almost have frozen. There was no movement, there was no motion, there was no music playing. It was just the opening graphic image and nothing else. I was however able to look into the game using a different account on a different machine and it worked fine so do with that information as you will, thank you for getting back to me
