Mission bugs on Europa ( no mission progression)

I been experiencing some mission bugs over the past few days with the main story missions in Europa. I am completely stuck with the mission Rising Resistance, I scan the areas the mission requests and then progress with communing to the Crux, a cut screen appears and then I spawn at the Exo strangers camp. No mission progression happens and when I check the map it tells me to do the mission all over again. I tried to check the mission on my quests but it's nowhere to be found. Also the missions The Aftermath and Sabotaging Salvation are not getting completed even after I have played the whole mission to completion. These 2 missions are also nowhere to be found in my quests.Resulting in not being able to progress with the main story of the game.
