Renaissance Runner codex
I have completed this challenge but when I go to Bungie’s marathon rewards I can’t pre order the cat because it says it’s incomplete how do I fix this?

The first thing to check is whether Renaissance Runner has been fully claimed in the Codex.
If it has already been claimed, please try the following:
If it still shows as incomplete after those steps, please share a screenshot of the claimed Codex entry along with a screenshot of the Bungie Rewards page showing the item as incomplete.

Can you confirm that you are signed in to the same Bungie.net account that is linked to the platform where you completed the achievement?
if you haven't already, can you try fully signing out of Bungie.net and Bungie Rewards, close the browser, and sign back in to see if it helps resolve the issue? If possible, try a incognito window or another browser with extensions disabled.
Hello, I am having the same issue. I have verified I am signed into the same Bungie.net account that is linked to the platform where I completed the achievement, and I also have relaunched the game several times, and logged in and out of my Bungie.net account several times as well. I have also tried with an incognito window with no browser extensions.
Nonetheless, the store still shows the achievement as incomplete so I am unable to place then order.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you verify that you have also claimed the codex in-game? If the codex has not been claimed in-game, it may not register that you earned when trying to make the pruchase.
