Bungie ignoring requests for customer service

Bungie ignoring customer service request I bought the Deluxe edition during the trial week as it showed it contained base game - as everyone knows Bungie says they would honor including the game for us. I still can't play the game because the standard edition isn't showing purchased. I messaged PSN who said to message Bungie, and Bungie said they only have customer service for their merchandise store 😑 then they suggested to just post in a forum so here I am.
