Stuck in armory doing Run/Hide 6/6

  • Description of Issue - Game locked us in for commander fight, commander was stuck outside so we could not kill it to lower the forcefield causing everyone in my squad to die.

Could I just get my stuff refunded/my squads as well and have the quest completed? Also how are there no logic checks in the game to see that a commander is still alive after 10 minutes? Is there no way to have him slightly teleport or just lower the barrier after a set amount of time? In a game that's all about exfiltrating with your gear to lock you in place for an event with zero logic checks is absurd.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • How many players were in your squad, and were other crews nearby?
    • Did your squad open the Armory, or was it already active/open?
    • The video shows the commander outside the barrier on the bottom floor — do you know whether it spawned there or got pushed/stuck there during the fight?
    • Could the commander be damaged at all?
    • Did the objective text or waypoint ever update?
    • Did anyone disconnect, respawn, or rejoin during the encounter?
    • Can you share any additional screenshots showing the active objective, the forcefield still up, and the post-match results?

    • How many players were in your squad, and were other crews nearby? - 3 players in total, no other squads were nearby, or at least they did not make any noise to indicate they were.
    • Did your squad open the Armory, or was it already active/open? - We opened the armory.
    • The video shows the commander outside the barrier on the bottom floor — do you know whether it spawned there or got pushed/stuck there during the fight? - The commander never entered the room, I assume he spawned outside and got stuck trying to get in.
    • Could the commander be damaged at all? - No.
    • Did the objective text or waypoint ever update? - No, after downloading the data which caused the encounter our objective was to exfil, but there was no change past this point.
    • Did anyone disconnect, respawn, or rejoin during the encounter? - After being stuck for several minutes we did close the game to see if that would force the commander to move/get unstuck. We loaded back into the match after about 2 minutes only for there to be no change.
    • Can you share any additional screenshots showing the active objective, the forcefield still up, and the post-match results? - Here's the results screen https://imgur.com/a/322wl0u
