Cryo Archive - Control - Runner stuck on wall

- Description of Issue - There is an area under a stairwell/metal structure, where runners can get stuck. It is not possible to jump, slide or thief grapple out of the spot. Going into a downed state does not allow you to crawl out of the spot.

Repro steps - Another player got stuck in the spot, I believe from grappling towards it. I tried to see if I could boost them out by powersliding underneath them while they spam jumped, and we both got stuck.
