Server issue lost gear
Just had a generational run on nighmarsh and got a disconnect from Marathon serves with 30 seconds of the round left. I'd gotten all of the upgrade materials I needed. Killed 4 players in solo, used a key and gotten codex materials? Does this mean I just lose this stuff because I didn't exfil?
It's so incredibly frustrating to have such a difficult and competitive game. To lose out when I've done everything I was supposed to. I didn't have any issues on my side it's so disappointing.
The first time this happened it cost me the gold codex entry on night marsh. I'm so bored of it happening repeatedly.
I'm on PS5.

Thank you for reaching out and reporting this issue.
We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
If you are receiving any error codes or error message when disconnecting, please let us know.
