KOEVOLUTION 4/5 is not working
I cant complete the quest because the first step, where i have to create a symbiont through bio research, since it is required to synthesize it with a cardio kick, but the quest step does not appear.

Last night, friend and I couldn’t get synthesizer to work with cardio kick. He tried first with cardio kick from a sponsored kit. Then I tried with a depleted cardio kick I found. Could it be that the synthesizer still requires a chitin sample, even though the contract doesn’t say?
It is still not working, tried multiple times but it wont work without a SIMbiont and we couldnt get it
Bungie how can i get a SIMbiont for that quest step?
It worked when I used a normal (not depleted) cardio kick.
