loot bags are despawning instantaneously

bot and tick nest loot containers sometimes drop and instantly dematerialize. you can see this twice in this clip: first with the assault trooper (I used thief visor because I thought maybe it had flown off somewhere) and next with the tick nest (I actually start to loot this one but it vanishes mid-animation).

I've also noticed this happening with UESC Ghosts a lot.
