    Description of Issue  -after 1 game it crashed when searching for the next one in the cryo archive. and then it wouldn't let me log in!! after about 2-3 hours I was able to log in when searching for a game in a party with a friend, it crashed and wouldn't let me log in.
    Rough Date and Time of issue - 19.06.2026 19:50
    Repro steps - I decided to check my computer and the provider, no problems with it, ping or connection were found. It was on my side. Provider Lanet.from Ukraine city of Kyiv

    Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are getting this error code when playing the game. We've received some reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further. For the time being, we sadly do not have any additional troubleshooting outside of our Basic and Advanced Network Troubleshooting Guides, and the Help Article for the code, if you'd not tried them before.

    It seems the problem is solved because I was able to play. I hope there will be no more errors.
