Trapped in cryo 3 vault Lost all my gear. Would like to get it back D:
We opened vault 3, we lost all our gear
getting trapped in the vent after one of our teammates touched the button, instead of opening the vent, it closed it. My ID is Haru#2259, steam/pc player NA,

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are investigating.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
