Cannot click Nucal "upgrades available" in faction upgrades

- Description of Issue - Upgrades available but cannot click them?
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 20th of June, 1am
- Repro steps - Got to nucal vip then went to check what upgrades became available

Having the exact same issue on XBOX. With Sekiguchi along with NuCal
i have this issue too sekgen and nucal - i am VIP on both but the ugrade nodes are locked.//./ I have 35 replicator and cannot purple shield them. Please help
