Inaccessible spot on Cryo Archive not counting as out of bounds

- Description of Issue - On Cryo Archive, in the room with the pillars next to Biostock, there are spots way up above that only thief can get to. You have to climb up and use 2 grapples to get to the top and you end up sitting like 70m up in the air. This area is not accessible to any other character except maybe Vandal with the jump upgrade cores. On any other map this area would be completely off limits based on this.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - It was like this on 6/18/2026
- Repro steps - Its just a spot that is probably intended to me marked out of bounds but isn't. Should be there if you go to the location.
