Increasing faction rep level with CARRI packages prevents unlocking upgrades for that level with faction

Increasing my Arachne rep to 5 with a CARRI package has prevented me from unlocking the respective faction upgrade for that level. Multiple restarts, new raids, and gaining more exp with the faction have all failed to force the game to recognize my new rep level.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.

    Have you tried the following to see if it allows to unlock the upgrade?:

    • Complete a run after purchasing the C.A.R.R.I. upgrade
    • Fully close Marathon and log back in

    If you have done both of these steps and it still doesn't allow you to purchase the upgrade, please let me know.
