Purchasing issue for Marathon Deluxe Edition
Hi at my zone time (GMT+8) Tuesday 16 I purchased Marathon Deluxe Edition but haven't received the download for the base game despite the information stated on psn store that I will get Marathon base game in deluxe version. I would like to ask the support team to help me with this matter.

Today my Playstation store has change the purchasing detail on Marathon store page and state me as deluxe upgrade instead of I already own deluxe version but I already have screenshots of deluxe edition I already own and first when I purchased It not state that Im going to brought deluxe upgrade it state me that Im going to buy the whole game.
Welcome to the club! Your situation is a little different than mine, but it's essentially the same issue.
I purchased Marathon Deluxe Edition before the disclaimer was added to the PlayStation Store listing, and I still haven't been given access to the game. Bungie said players who purchased before the disclaimer was added would receive the base game, but it's been nearly two weeks since that announcement and many of us are still waiting.
As for your situation, Bungie hasn't specifically addressed people who purchased after the disclaimer was added. That said, I've seen quite a few people who did exactly what you did. Even with the disclaimer, the listing still said that it included the base game, 6 Runner Shells, and the other Deluxe Edition content, so it's understandable why people believed they were purchasing the full game.
Hopefully Bungie provides some clarification soon, because there seem to be multiple groups of affected players and there hasn't been any communication since the original announcement.
I contacted PlayStation support yesterday and they said the game would be added to my library soon but I still can’t see it. I did purchase after the disclaimer was added (but the game was still showing as included on the PS store listing).
I still don’t have the game in my library but it’s worth contacting support about this
