Extracted but lost everything

- Description of Issue - Just had the best solo run I've ever had on solo dire marsh, completed a quest that took me forever and extracted successfully. When I got out my quest reverted to not complete from completed and that surprised me and when I went into the vault I lost everything I just came out of the run with. This is insane how can I play a game about extracting with loot when I do everything right I still lose lmao.
- Rough Date and Time of issue -06/15 8 pm EST
- Repro steps - Activated extract with more than a minute left. Was in the circle before game ended and still lost everything. Was beamed up and everything.
