[BUG] NuCaloric Selection Factors 4/4 — Terminal Inactive After Enemy Runner Interaction (Solo Mode, Quarantine)

Description of Issue:
During the quest NuCaloric — Selection Factors 4/4, the terminal required to upload analysis results was rendered permanently inactive after an enemy runner interacted with it before me. This made the quest objective impossible to complete despite having all required items in inventory. As a direct consequence, I was unable to evacuate in time and lost all valuable loot accumulated during the run. This is a critical gameplay-breaking bug with direct economic impact on the player.

Repro Steps:
- Start the quest NuCaloric — Selection Factors (objective 4/4) in solo mode.
- Navigate to the second floor of the Quarantine location.
- An enemy runner enters the objective room, interacts with the terminal, and exits.
- Wait for the enemy runner to leave.
- Enter the room with all required quest items in inventory.
- Result: The terminal is completely inactive and cannot be interacted with. Quest objective is permanently blocked. Extraction failed, all loot lost.
