Intentional or Bug? Cryo Arsenal Contract

Is it intentional or a bug that the level 4 arsenal room is missing the middle high end lootbox on Cryo? With it being gone, it now locks you out of completing the weekly "ransack the arsenal" cyac contract.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Whether your active contract was "Ransack the Arsenal"
    • Whether this was the level 4 arsenal room on Cryo
    • Whether the middle high-end lootbox was missing as soon as you entered, or if it looked already opened/looted
    • Whether another team may have reached the room before you
    • A screenshot or video of the room showing the missing lootbox
    • A screenshot or video of the contract before and after looting
    • The steps you took leading up to the issue

    Platform was Steam.

    Date and time was every time we had level 4 clearance on Cryo Archive this past week. I believe it was 4 times.

    Contract was not active.

    It was the Level 4 Arsenal Room behind the Panopticon in Cryo Archive.

    Whether we opened the doors or not, the large pinnacle strongbox loot chest that spawns in between the shelves simply just wasnt there, as reported all across Discord and Reddit and through several reports on the help forums.
