Exfil not syncing up with final exfil and lost compiler completion for setinal

Speedster2112#5495. Occurred around 4am on Saturday. We expected the exfil we hit after compiler room to sync with final exfill as it always has in the past. However this did not occur and cost us as we were not aware of this bug and did not exfil. I’m assuming this change was not intentional and this is a bug and would like to be awarded the compiler completion for the sentinel. Best, Scott
