Hitreg-issues

I´ve no issues with my network. I also have the new network-MM option enabled. 

I still get matched with players from the other end of the world, which cause a huge load of hitreg-issues and unneccessary deathes. 

UESC are also effected for an unknown reason. Knifing them will come with the hit-audio, but nothing else happens. They don´t get damaged either by coding-bugs or desyncs. It happens kinda often especially while getting matched somewhere else in the world. (And definately by having the crazy red circle in the top right.)
