Lost my full kit on Cryo from not being able to revive
Hi there,
I was playing Cryo with my squad and went down in a vent. When my revive timer was up (after my team wiped the other team) there was no option to be revived. I tried restarting the game, and all I could see was a black screen but could hear my teammates talking. They were able to exfil successfully but I was not. I'm aware that this is a currently known issue - is there a way I could be compensated in some way? Even just a free cryo kit or something - I had over 25k on me and would have exfilled.

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
