Purchased, but not received
I purchased a purple shield for salvage in the NuCal armory this morning. The salvage was taken, but I never received the shield. It did not go to my vault, and it did not appear in my backpack. So I got charged for a purple shield that I never received.
Platform: PlayStation 5 Pro
Time Event Occurred: 6/10 @ 1:30 EDT.
Vault / Backpack: not full
Overflow: not applicable - vault not full

Thanks for reaching out and for providing the video.
After reviewing the footage, we were not able to confirm a purchase of a purple shield. The item shown in the video which you purchased appears to be the purple torso implant "Back in Action" for 3 Tarax Seeds, rather than a shield. This item also appears to be visible in your vault after the purchase.
If you believe a separate shield purchase failed, please send any additional clip or screenshot that shows the shield being selected and purchased, and we can review it further.
