Invisible floor bug requesting loot refund of match on dire marsh day at 1 AM western time
There is a bug with invisible floor near algae ponds when dropping down near ledge from second floor I would like to get my gear back from that match because it caused me to be killed by a team due to not being able to drop to bottom level thank you please if that bug wasn’t there I would have been fine I would really appreciate that kit back thank you, my in game name is The Wasiann along as on Xbox

If you encounter it again, please use your platform's capture button to take a video. If you already have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
