Connection & matchmaking issues
Since season 2 began I have been getting terrible connection to matches and huuuge waiting times to get into games, even with crossplay on.
If I try to turn on connection priority to matchmaking then its almost impossible to get into a game.
I play from south America.

We’re aware of reports from some South America players about long matchmaking times and poor match connections, and the issue has been escalated for investigation.
In the meantime, please keep crossplay enabled, try queueing during peak local hours, and leave Connection Priority off if it makes matchmaking significantly slower.
Please send us your platform and the local times when this happens most often so we can attach it to the investigation.
Hi there. I play on ps5 and usually between 19:00 and 22:00 PT. And the issues I have been getting are in the solo matchmaking queue. Can't tell about the trios since I haven't played much in S2.
