Lost Equipment, Dire Marsh (Day) activated exfil same time as final.

Activated Exfil same time as Final Exfil and we exfilled but apparently it was too late. We all lost our stuff and our Key room loot. I was under the assumption that exfils synchronise with the 10s count down of Final Exfil's. Im more than sure i've exfilled that way before and it counted.

  • Thanks for listening, i was more so concerned about whether or not it was intentional or if we actually had a bug happen. If it's a bug, do we have any chance of getting our equipment back?
    My friend took this pretty bad.

    Support is unable to restore any lost loot, and any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors.
